Having initially trained in textile design, Candida Groom went on work with ceramics before taking up botanical art. She gained her Diploma with Distinction from the Chelsea School of Botanical Art in 2016. As well as being a Fellow of the Chelsea Physic Garden Florilegium, Candida is also a member of the Oxford Botanic Garden Florilegium.
She sells her art through galleries and undertakes commissions and illustration work for books and magazines.
